| Kingsbury Barn | The Kingsbury Barn site in Branch Road includes an important 14th century aisled manorial barn, a 17th century barn, and a 20th century Art Deco office building. The barns have been bought by the owners of the neighbouring Kingsbury Manor and the rest of the site is being developed for residential units. |
| Mayor's Prize | The Mayor, and former President of this Society, Councillor Kate Morris has established a fund dedicated to an annual prize for an outstanding contribution to the history of St Albans and Hertfordshire. |
| Verulamium Park | A plan to improve the park and many of its best known features is being developed and this Society is a member of a Steering Group which acts as an advisory body to the District Council in the production of Conservation Management Plan. |
