The library is being catalogued using the Heritage catalogue software supplied by
IS Oxford Ltd. An additional module to this software would provide a comprehensive catalogue search facility which we intend to make available on-line. There is a technical problem and until it is solved I am publishing two files which provide a simple basic facility.

The catalogue will eventually include the whole library but please try this experiment which includes over 800 items. The same information is given in two formats.

A Microsoft Word table

Most users have Microsoft Word which provides a simple way to look through the list and do basic search operations. I recommend that you experiment with this first.

A spreadsheet data file

More complex manipulation can be done with a spreadsheet but it does need more expertise. The one most commonly available is Excel which is a component of Microsoft Office, but if you don't have that an equivalent can be downloaded free of charge from Open Office.

Please experiment and send me your opinions which will help us to decide how to proceed towards a better presentation of the catalogue.
