The Society's library includes books and pamphlets on Hertfordshire, with an emphasis on St Albans and books relevant to the Society’s wider interests.


The library is housed in the former Judges’ Robing Room in the Town Hall and is open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am until noon.


Ultimately a computerised catalogue and bibliography of books, pamphlets, journal articles, reports and other sources will be made available on the Society's website.


The library team is Gill Harvey, Anne Wares, Donald Munro, Scott Chalmers and Tony Cooper, and can be contacted by email from our contacts page.
