The Worley Fountain

In its new home in Victoria Square

Isabella Worley provided the town with a new drinking fountain in 1872.  Located outside the Clock Tower it remained there until the late 20th century, when it was dismantled only to be reinstated some years later in the grounds of the new office complex close to the City Station.
