The Arc and Arc library has copies of plans of houses to be built by Dunham, and plans of the land for the Cunningham Hill Estate, divided into individual plots. The house plans are for buildings in Marlborough Road (x2), Clarence Road, Cunningham Hill Road (x5), Sandpit Lane, Ridgmont Road, Cornwall Road, and London Road, a total of 14 plans. None of them are dated. Some state that thedesigns are for specific clients.

It is perhaps of note that Mr Dunham built Marlborough Road Methodist Church in 1898, almost within sight of his yard at 65 Victoria Street, and this shows his firm's craftsmanship and skill. A visit is well worth it. The communion table there is in his memory and has his name carved on it's front---it dates from 1935 following his death in 1933. He was prominent in Methodist circles, and clearly contributed much to St Albans for many years.
