Hertfordshire Country Library Service subscribes to the on-line versions of a number of well-known reference works and holders of a Hertfordshire library ticket can gain access from home.

Select the work you want then enter "herts" followed by your ticket number into the "library card" log-in box (the format is different on the various websites). Use all upper-case or all lower-case and omit spaces: eg hertsb123456789
