Kingsbury Barn has its own website here.

The Kingsbury Farm site in Branch Road was for many years a depot for Express Dairy (later Dairy Crest) and includes an important 14th century aisled monastic barn, a 17th century barn, and a 20th century Art Deco office building. After the dairy's lease expired the barns were bought by the owners of the neighbouring Kingsbury Manor and the rest of the site developed as residential units.

The monastic barn is an important listed building and has undergone major repairs and restoration, during which the Society's Archaeology Group was involved in the surveying and recording of the structure and later additions. To help trace its history and the changes in its long life the Group is seeking any relevant information and items in family collections - such as photographs or pictures - could be helpful. The Group would like to copy any such item and return it to its owner; the copies would be included and acknowledged in the official report and permission sought before use in any further publication.

Kingsbury Manor and Kingsbury Barn are owned by Mr & Mrs Singer. Mrs Singer has added contributions to this website.

Society of St Michael's and Kingsbury is keenly interested in the Barns and their website holds past and current issues of the St Michael's Village Newsletter. These include up to date articles about the site, and further contributions by Mr & Mrs Singer. There is also a technical description by the late Adrian Gibson, an expert on timber framed buildings.
