Repairs to the Clock Tower

In February (2011) the Council began work on the Clock Tower to replace wooden louvre slats covering some of the windows and repoint the brickwork. A full survey of the Grade I listed building is also being carried out. The work is scheduled to take 10 weeks. Meanwhile the lovely building is shrouded in plastic.
