This scholarly journal of record for archaeology in the county is published jointly by our Society and East Hertfordshire Archaeological Society. Reflecting the increase in history contributions in recent volumes, the journal is now known as Hertfordshire Archaeology and History. Volume 18, the most recent, was published in 2021, and contains several reports on significant archaeological excavations in the county, as well as an article by Prof. James Clark on St Alban's Abbey and the People of St Albans: from the Conquest to the Dissolution.
